S'CAPE @ Damansara Uptown 1

Hello peeps! I attended S'CAPE at Damansara Uptown 1 yesterday with my gang to support our fellow seniors first ever fashion event! Soon, my classmates & I will have to organize our own fashion event for a module so might as well learn from the seniors right? ;) Didn't manage to snap many photos with my camera because it somehow wasn't charging the whole time it was plugged in! :( That feeling!! >.<

Anyway, S'CAPE (pronounced as escape) is a fashion event with a concept of mixing pop art and glow in the dark! They incorporate the designs of local clothing designers (Kittie Yiyi, & Sugee Wee) into this theme, allowing the clothes to pop in colour but glow too! Fun fact, the event name was my idea as I was just helping my boyfriend with his proposal, but little did I know the name was chosen! Here are some photos taken during the event! ;)

Selfie before the show! Spot my glowing shirt! It was kinda funny when we saw everyone's teeth glow because it was just so weird! Strangely not all white clothes glowed though. 

Didn't manage to snap any photos of the fashion show and the super cool LED performance because it was too dark in there to snap. Furthermore I didn't want to ruin the show with flash photography since it was meant to be super dark. :/

Overall, it was a fun night of mingling with friends and learning new things! We were even approached by members of the Shoppr app to get our photos taken and maybe be featured on their blog! How awesome is that?! Just hoping they pick our photo because it would be just an honour to be featured on their site! Fashion lovers and shopperholics should go download the Shoppr app if you haven't because it's basically a social media platform for ootd's and online shopping! ;)
